There is a map of the ‘District of Baile Ruisgarry in Isle of Berneray’ in the Macleod Archives, Dunvegan. Amongst the features marked are ‘Houses of Crews of Birlinns’, ‘Birlinn Rock’, ‘Birlinns route’ and ‘Bardess’s House’.
